Annual Year Plan – Medical Services (Free Health Care)
Overall Goal
To strengthen the quality, reach, and sustainability of free medical services provided to underserved communities across Nepal.
1. Quarterly Free Health Camps
Organize at least 2 health camps in a year.
Services: General checkups, BP, sugar testing, basic medicines.
Target: 1,000+ beneficiaries annually.
Outcome: Increased access to basic healthcare.
2. Monthly OPD Free Clinic Days
Free OPD at the foundation clinic.
Priority for elderly, children, women, and disabled persons.
Outcome: Regular and predictable access to free care.
3. Doctor & Nurse Volunteer Program
Enroll local doctors, and health assistants as required.
Outcome: Improved service quality with professional support.
4. Essential Medicine Availability Plan
Prepare a standard essential medicine list.
Maintain minimum stock for common illnesses.
Partner with pharmacies and donors.
Outcome: Reduced medicine shortages.
5. Basic Diagnostic Support
Provide free
Blood pressure
Blood sugar
Medical services and other facilities in-house
Outcome: Early detection of common diseases.
6. Health Awareness & Education Sessions
Conduct awareness programs on:
Hygiene & sanitation
Nutrition
Maternal & child health
Non-communicable diseases
Outcome: Prevention-focused healthcare.
